I just had my second crown with Dr. Brown. It’s just an amazing office the minute you walk in you are greeted warmly, and it continues with the rest of the staff and especially with Dr. Brown. Everyone is so good at explaining exactly what’s going to happen, you are told upfront what the cost will be, what your insurance will pay, etc. etc.. I have five grandchildren that are under the age of eight, they have been seeing Dr. Brown since they were a little over a year old. He is very personable as is the staff. The best way to describe his office is they are all so very kind and very professional.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. It may be strange but every other one I’ve been too I’ve felt uncomfortable, uneasy, and to be frank- a bit scammed or taken advantage of. I always feel rushed out and just a sales transaction. I’ve been to many dental offices in many different states and I have never been to one I am actually looking forward to go back to; so that I can get the work done, that I’ve been avoiding due to how much I dreaded dentists. Absolutely amazing. I’ve always had issues with my teeth since I was little. Out of all the dentistries I’ve been to, this one is by far the best. Great customer service, nurses and doctors are very knowledgeable, and they go over everything with you so that you understand and are on the same page.
