Top notch staff and facility. You can tell every single person that works here, loves what they do and are incredibly talented. I went in missing a crown, a bit nervous and ashamed of my teeth (it’s been a minute since I’ve been to the dentist) but I walked out with a solid game plan from Dr. Brown and his team, with confidence.

I had a pleasant experience. Period check went well and hasn’t changed from last visit. All was good. The cleaning was excellent and Tamara the hygienist was thorough, gentle and fun to speak with. The whole office and Doctor Brown was so helpful and friendly.

Everyone is so friendly and kind. From the team in the front, to clinical team in the back (both hygienists and assistants) and the doctor, they are wonderful and thorough. Tamara is who cleaned my teeth and she is an amazing hygienist! The office is beautiful and in a great location in Waukee. I highly recommend this office.

I just had my second crown with Dr. Brown. It’s just an amazing office the minute you walk in you are greeted warmly, and it continues with the rest of the staff and especially with Dr. Brown. Everyone is so good at explaining exactly what’s going to happen, you are told upfront what the cost will be, what your insurance will pay, etc. etc.. I have five grandchildren that are under the age of eight, they have been seeing Dr. Brown since they were a little over a year old. He is very personable as is the staff. The best way to describe his office is they are all so very kind and very professional.

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. It may be strange but every other one I’ve been too I’ve felt uncomfortable, uneasy, and to be frank- a bit scammed or taken advantage of. I always feel rushed out and just a sales transaction. I’ve been to many dental offices in many different states and I have never been to one I am actually looking forward to go back to; so that I can get the work done, that I’ve been avoiding due to how much I dreaded dentists. Dr. Brown and his team starting with front desk is so welcoming and sincere. I am so grateful God answered a prayer of finding a great dentist. I could write a 5 page paper about how incredibly great, and talented this whole office team is. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and his team. Dr. Brown and team thank you for all that you do!!!

Absolutely amazing. I’ve always had issues with my teeth since I was little. Out of all the dentistries I’ve been to, this one is by far the best. Great customer service, nurses and doctors are very knowledgeable, and they go over everything with you so that you understand and are on the same page. They are willing to work with you when it comes to insurances and payments I could just go on and on. If you are looking for a new dentist office to go to this is the right one for you.

Great dentist and exceptional Dental hygienist. I especially love their appointment reminder systems. My wife and I have extremely busy work and personal schedules so getting the reminder text a few days before the appointment is very beneficial for us to rework our schedule and keep things on track. Also they don’t treat you like a patient or a number they take the time to have conversations with you.its very positive atmosphere

I was trying to find a new dentist closer to me and I found Timberline Dental. I have anxiety and I was so very nervous about going.I haven't been to a dentist in a while and new I needed work done. The assistant and the dentist helped me calm my nerves a bit and talked to me the whole time. I felt calm and relaxed and much better 😌. I didn't feel judged. Everyone is super nice and very caring. This is hands down the best dental office I’ve ever been to. I had to get a tooth pulled & my childcare fell through so I had to bring my kids with me. Instead of making me feel awful or turning me away, they helped me with the kids and treated them (and me!) so well. They do amazing work, and all the staff there are so incredibly sweet and comforting. They will forever have my business and I will be recommending them to everyone!PS- the tooth extraction was a breeze. Took maybe 5-10 minutes and the dentist & hygienists were comforting me the whole time. What an amazing crew and dental office!🤍

I’m a forgetful person and don’t remember her name, but the dental hygienist I had was AMAZING! I’m absolutely terrified of needles, but her kindness completely calmed me down. She gave me an explanation of what was being done and what I should expect. She was very thorough with her job and she made sure I left knowing all of my after care instructions. I am very thankful for this experience!Another shout out to the front desk staff! They were very kind and welcoming. They made sure I understood pricing and answered all of my insurance/cost related questions. Timberline truly has an awesome team!
