I hadn't went to the dentist in years due to some dental anxiety and just procrastinating to find one after a move. I had a filling fall out recently and realized a needed to find a dentist and get my teeth in order! Dr. Jason Brown at Timberline Family Dental is fantastic. The experience from the second I walked in the office for the first time through my procedure has been absolutely top notch. Everyone is extremely welcoming and friendly. As far as the procedure goes, I needed to get a crown put on the tooth the filling fell out of. It was quick, painless, and really well done. He explained everything thoroughly before, during, and after the procedure and clearly cares so much about his customers.I would recommend Timberline Family Dental to anyone neededing dental work done. I'm still in the parking lot, just wanted to make sure I didn't forget to write this review. That's how great the experience has been!

I just had my second crown with Dr. Brown. It’s just an amazing office the minute you walk in you are greeted warmly, and it continues with the rest of the staff and especially with Dr. Brown. Everyone is so good at explaining exactly what’s going to happen, you are told upfront what the cost will be, what your insurance will pay, etc. etc.. I have five grandchildren that are under the age of eight, they have been seeing Dr. Brown since they were a little over a year old. He is very personable as is the staff. The best way to describe his office is they are all so very kind and very professional.

Doc Brown and the entire staff at Timberline Family Dental is top notch. Amazing new state of the art facility. Just had a really old crown replaced. Entire process felt like a cleaning. If you are shopping for a new dentist or want to give someone new a try, this is your 1st stop.

The best Dentist ever. Had two temporary crowns installed today. About two hours in the chair. At age 71 two broken cavities, food sticking in my teeth, creating pain. I’m so happy this problem will be solved.

Personally I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but Timberline Family Dental turned that around! The staff is wonderful. They are nice, informative and helpful. They are very professional. When I discovered he had his own practice in Waukee, I decided to go back to him for all my dental needs He had done some crown bridgework for me that was just beautiful. I've been to a few dentists in the metro, Timberline is by far the best experience! Dr Brown and Sandra are awesome! I got 2 fillings repaired and a keratosis spot on my gums lasered off. It was pain free and fast! I'm a forever patient!
